During my quick, for me, 2.5 mile run today this is what I was thinking:

  1. This is great! Today during my run, I was doing my last mile quicker than my normal pace and my legs were killing me (so much pain!) but I told myself “what you feel in your legs is power. Pain is leaving your legs and you are making yourself stronger.” Weird..but it worked!!
