Happy Lear Day! (Day? Year? Whatever.)
Sorry for my disappearing act here on the blog for the past week or so..
We’re full steam ahead into the semester AND half marathon training, with some NEW motivation and workouts (that I’ll tell you all about later).
Other things I’ve been withholding from you guys:
Disney Marathon Planning
Signing up for a half ironman (???)
Body Rock workouts
Starting a new blog (??!?)
In the meantime, go get an extra sweat in for the extra 24 hours of the day!!
If you’re in the midwest, it’s BEAUTIFUL out today– I know some other places got reamed with snow (yuck), but try and take advantage of the extra day today- just do something you love!
For me, that’s a toss up between a good sweat session and getting more sleep!
